Inspection - Level 1 Chimney/Fireplace

Service Description

Inspection of entire fireplace and venting system for safety of use. This includes all areas inside the home (flue, firebox, hearth extension, damper, smoke chamber). We will inspect the attic area (if accessible) for proper clearances to combustibles and for properly installed insulation shield and fire stop. We also get on the roof and inspect the chimney/chase, chimney cap, and flashing. (If we find repairs that are needed, we will deduct the inspection fee from any future repairs completed.)
